To be eligible for a life insurance policy with Wealth Energetics with Jeffrey Kamke applicants must be at least 18 years of age and meet other criteria as specified during the application process. We reserve the right to decline any application for insurance.
The specific details of your life insurance coverage, including the scope of coverage, premium amounts, payment schedules, and duration, will be detailed in your individual policy agreement. It is your responsibility to thoroughly understand the terms of your policy.
Policyholders are required to pay premiums on time as outlined in their policy agreement. Failure to pay premiums as agreed may result in policy cancellation. Wealth Energetics with Jeffrey Kamke may adjust premium rates with appropriate notice.
Any changes to your policy, including changes in beneficiaries or coverage amounts, must be made in accordance with Wealth Energetics with Jeffrey Kamke procedures. Such changes may not be effective immediately and could be subject to additional underwriting and approval.
In the event of a claim, the policyholder or designated beneficiary must notify Wealth Energetics with Jeffrey Kamke promptly. Claims will be processed in accordance with the terms of the policy and applicable laws. Fraudulent claims may lead to legal action and cancellation of the policy.
Policyholders may cancel their policy at any time. The terms of any potential premium refund will be governed by the conditions set forth in the policy agreement.

Wealth Energetics with Jeffrey Kamke will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits.
These Terms and Conditions and any policy issued by Wealth Energetics with Jeffrey Kamke are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Wealth Energetics with Jeffrey Kamke operates. Disputes will be resolved under these laws.
